Combine two non-related tables?

We have 3 plants. i wanted to create a combination of each plant with Product Group.
It should look like this:
Plant1 / prodgrp 1
Plant1 / prodgrp 2
Plant1 / prodgrp 3…

Plant2 / prodgrp 1
Plant2 / prodgrp 2
Plant2 / prodgrp 3…

Plant3 / prodgrp 1
Plant3 / prodgrp 2
Plant3 / prodgrp 3

i wanted to get every combination of plant/prodgrp. Is this possible in a baq?

In a BAQ, add the two tables and join by Company only.
