Anyone know what could be causing this error for a user? We just installed a new network if it is related.
We usually get this error when the client computer disconnects from the server. We have that happen a lot with 905.701. It’s not specific, and it doesn’t reconnect when the connection is restored. This is usually followed by 7224 errors popping up until the connection is manually restored, either by closing and opening or clicking on File - Reconnect on the main Epicor menu.
Do you think this is more related to user PC specific error or a network wide issue? The user will log out and back in and everything is working fine. Wondering if this is going to be an reoccurring intermittent issue with our new network.
