Component Missing from BOM in Epicor After CADLink Upload

Hi all,

I uploaded a BOM using CADLink to Epicor 10. In my CADLink file, the component exists in the CAD file and is listed correctly. However, when I retrieve the BOM for the assembly in Epicor, this component does not appear.

Even in the Cadlink Bill of Material tab the part is showing.
I check partcalss(Correct PartClass (matches Epicor)), qty(Non-zero Qty Per), refdesc(Valid reference designators.) ,partNum(Correct PartNum (matches Epicor)),all is in placed. Confirm you clicked Update/Save to ERP in CADLink. In Epicor, open Engineering Workbench for the assembly, check the Revision no pending changes

Has anyone encountered this issue before? What could cause a component to exist in CADLink but not show up in Epicor after the BOM update?

Is your CADLink customized at all? We have a keyword for Mfg comments where they won’t make it to Epicor but will show up on the CADLink interface.
