Conditional font colors in access

Thanks for the quick responses, this works great'
dennis
I have several reports in access that have formulas that return a ratio
of costs and price and I need to have them print different colors
conditional on the ratio returned. Is this possible in access? I know I
can do it in crystal. I am using office 2000.
Thanks

I don't know for sure about Access 2000. But you can do conditional
formatting in Access XP on both forms and reports. There is however
a limit of 3 conditional formats, so the most you can have are 4
categories, plain and 3 conditional.

We are on access 2002 and there is conditional formatting (I think there was
in 2000 also).

Select on the field you want to conditionally format -> "Format" menu ->
'Conditional Format' -> then set your conditions (same as you would do in
excel).

The limit I mentioned was 3 per field. I should add that you can
always try doing this with code too.
