I’ve been out of the billing process for about 5 years now and my colleagues let me know they’ve been pulling individual invoices for our service contracts. In January they ran about 10k invoices for billing - this didn’t use to be the case. When I ran our contract billing, I was able to select the contracts and if the Sold To/Bill To matched I’d have 1 consolidated invoice with X amount of lines.
Does consolidated invoicing still exist for Service Contracts? We aren’t using Milestone billing as we amortize the revenue and was not used previously.
I’m relatively new to the back end of Epicor and I’m not sure where else to look. I’ve checked Customer Maint. for any checkboxes or fields that mention consolidating/combining invoices. Service Contract Code Maintenance didn’t have any promising fields and neither does Contract Entry unless I’m missing the field.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated!
