Is there a basic solution to consolidate same data after running reports? This is just a simple BAQ I created to hopefully find the answer. My results are showing me Every line for each Job number, but the problem is that some lines of the order are identical but not all lines are identical. Is there a way to show the same information on 1 line instead of continuous repeating?

Maybe change your BAQ to select “Distinct” results instead of “All”
