Hi All, just a general admin question. We are beginning month 4 of going live. Is there something you guys have done for all the different browser cache issues? Or just inform/train users on how to clear their own cache when they encounter errors?
In an AD environment you can set a GPO to automatically clear the cache for specific websites when the browser is closed, we have this set for all of our environment URLs and it has solved 90%+ of these types of issues.
Is this browser specific or is there a way to do it across browsers? I just asked our infrastructure team to do this and they enabled it in edge but haven’t in chrome yet because they need to disable browser sync and aren’t sure they want to do that yet. Wondering if there’s a workaround for that.
