It looks like we DO have Advanced Material Management enabled in our 9.05 (it’s under Data Collection), but we DO NOT have it in our 8.03. We don’t have Advanced Scheduling in either system. Any ideas????

Have you checked the modules in the license applied to E9Test?
I thought "Constrained" was dependant on either the AdvSched or AMM module.
