Container Receipt not showing lines

I have a support call placed with Epicor, but I’m hoping someone here would know this off the cuff.

After I flag a container as shipped in Container Landed Cost Entry, I go into Container Receipt but see no lines. When I try this in the demo database, the lines appear as expected. I’m assuming a parameter setting is incorrect somewhere that is preventing the lines from displaying. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Hehe just had this same exact issue. The lines only show up if you are in he site (plant) that matches the PoLine/Release

@josecgomez I was asking what module do we need to use Container Landed Cost Entry, but I believe my colleague found out from our account manager.
