They did initially suggest upgrading to 2024.2.29 but I said I’ve heard of others with this issue. Then they spoke with their manager, which prompted the creation of the problem ticket.

When I tested it, the problem was still there on .29 so even that wouldn’t have helped.

Well that didn’t last long. Sorry for all of the users on 2024.2, it appears that they just don’t give a F and want YOU to solve the problem on your own with the workaround of creating EVERY context menu as “customize” or of course, just stop using Kinetic and go back to classic where it still works. SMH
Gives me great hope moving to cloud… sarcasm Ugh… Can’t wait to see what they F up in the future and just tell us to find a work around for, OR just start saying it’s working as we designed it, broken…
