Control Length of Field

Thanks. You are right, its not customizable in developer mode, but it is possible to set it with extendedproperties via code. It took me a while to figure this out and it is kind of messy, but at least it works. I can't believe there isn't a simpler way. I can understand protecting this for Epicor fields, but this is a UD field.

You can set the field length in the object. Although you might need to set
this when the form is loaded as I'm not sure this property is editable in
customization mode.
