Convert RPT to EXE

First, create your BAQ and BAQ report in the BAQ Report Designer. Hang
that BAQ on your menu somewhere appropriate. Upon doing so you will
have to create a MenuID within Menu Maintenance. Write down that
MenuID.

On the Click() event of a custom button that you've added to the form,
put this in the script editor for the event handler for that button:

ProcessCaller.LaunchForm(oTrans, "UD_XYZ123")

Where, above, UD_XYZ123 is your MenuID from the first step above.

That should do it. Now when you click the button it'll open up that
menu ID.

Does any one know how to convert RPT files to EXE.
I wanted to have reports on the dashboard by converting Crystal reports to executable files.
Thank you
Zuhaib

Zuhaib, not sure if this is possible. Perhaps Business Objects (the
makers of Crystal Reports) have a tool to do this.

Not sure your purpose for this but you can execute RPTs from the menu
and via the on-click events of a Button on a form......
