# Converting Modified Crystal forms from Vantage 3.0 to 4.0

<div id="ygrps-yiv-1587920828">All we had to do was move our crystal forms into the 4.0 userform directory,<br/>
and then open each form and click the &#39;verify database&#39;.  The only form I<br/>
had a problem with was the PO form.  Some of the calc&#39;s must have changed,<br/>
because it wasn&#39;t working right.  So, that one, I had to re-do starting with<br/>
the epicor standard form.<br/>
