Copy All With Labels

I’m on Kinetic 2024.2.4. I am deploying dashboards in Kinetic.
And I’m having mixed reviews with the ‘Copy All With Labels’ option. With the default ‘Maximum rows’ set to 500, the grid loads within a few seconds. Then when I scroll down the page, I keep getting ‘erratic’ behavior where the grid will show (when sorted alphabetically) something like ‘a, a, a, a, b, b, c, c’. Stop scrolling and it displays ‘a, a, a, a, b’. Scroll some more and it does the same. Eventually, get to the bottom of the grid (which if I understand the parameter above) should be 500 records. Right click and select ‘Copy All With Labels’, paste into Excel and I have 300 records. And that 300 doesn’t matter what value I set in ‘Maximum rows’.
Data being returned on this particular dashboard is in the 100s and 1000s of rows, so the users are frustrated that they can’t get ALL the data on the form.

I’ve looked all over, tried different settings in the BAQ (page size) and different settings in a Layer. Any time I bump this up to a significantly large number so that the dashboard will load a large dataset, I get a sluggish (think in terms of minutes, not seconds) form.

Any comments about how this can be finetuned to handle lots of rows would be helpful.

Thanks,

Ivan

Do you have the “download all records” button on the dashboard? I believe that is the best way to get around the scrolling gremlins.
