We have discovered that all our APR routing we have set on ARForm in Epicor 10 is no good in Kinetic which is using ARInvoice instead of ARForm. We have been able to point the Report Styles and just change the RDD name to get the Invoices to print but APR doesn’t seem to work. When I went to the Report Style the old RDD name was there. I tried simply changing the one value, but that didn’t seem to work. Is there an easy way to copy just the routing portion to a new style? We don’t want to recreate all the routing, because one of the printers used is not accessible to any of the developers so we are unable to provide the link to it without getting one of the users involved.

I would think maybe uBAQ update of column [RuleBody] from copy of the original to a blank record in [Ice].[ReportStyleRule] (hacky) all I got

I found out how to fix it, it turns out my idea of changing the RptDefID to the new RDD did work, I just couldn’t tell because the email addresses weren’t something permitted on the new server (still in testing phase). I changed the email address to my own and got the invoice I was expecting. So I think we just have to fix our email filters to allow email from that server to reach certain domains.
