I’m sure this is an easy answer, but why is my “Ctrl+C/V” not working in customization dialog? It looks like it’s been remapped to “Ctrl+Insert or Shift+Instert”, which is wildly inconvenient!!

It’s happened to me before too. I think if you restart epicor, it goes back. I’m not sure if there is some sort of keystrokes that changes it or something. There was a post about it a while back. I can’t remember what they said they did to fix it though.
This happens all the time, is a know “bug” it sucks… sometimes it never comes back 
if someone knows a fix I’ll be muy happy and buy you drinks next time I see you
