We are planning to swap from Time and Quantity labor entry to backflushing labor, only inputting the quantity on the final operation.
We are aware that we have to set most Ops to Labor Entry = Backflush, but final Ops and Ops before Subcon Ops have to be set to Labor Entry = Quantity.
Is there any guidance/ best practice for what we would set the Labor Entry type to for the Subcontract Operations themselves? From what I can tell, it does not seem to matter, but I want to know if there is a correct thing to do.
