Our QA users are complaining that sometimes when a corrective action is
closed, users are able to add action comments
to the CA even though it is closed. Also they are stating that
sometimes the action comments do not save and that
they are observing cases where associated documents are no longer
attached to the CA.
Is anyone experiencing any of this?

BTW, we have the security set where only two users can open closed
corrective actions.
