Did you install CorVu/VBI yourself?

I heard that it is recommend to seek Epicor's help to install.

Subject: [Vantage] CorVu / VBI

I've now got CorVu and Vantage Business Intelligence successfully setup
after a few problems, the next step is to actualy use it.

So far documentation and support seems very thin on the ground.

There's practicaly no usefull info on EPICweb or it's forum, and to be
honest not much here either. There's supposed to be some info under the
CorVu share, however, there's nothing there that talks about what
reports VBI comes with.

From EPICweb I see that when you purchase CorVu you're supposed to be
given a login for CorVu's own support site. I never received this, have
others been given logins ?.

Thanks.

Your CAM should be able to get you your CorVu support site login/pw

Be wary of installing latest patch as I think it 'breaks' the Epicor
version.
