Sometimes you can get a one off fix for the problem.

Subject: [Vantage] Cost Adjustment
I patched our production Progress database to 406 and now find that the Cost
Adjustment program does not work as before. Using the grid to make multiple
entries (part number, cost, reason code), it burps after the first entry
claiming a bad reason code but lets you click on OK and then proceeds to the
next one, and so on. Our CFO doesn't consider this an acceptable solution
and the nice people at Epicor say that a fix will be available in 407 due
out the end of December. Has this problem been encountered already by anyone
else and an alternate solution derived? We don't have Service Connect, so
that is out of the question. Any suggestions?
Thanks as always,
-Karl
