So far, there have been three things that have bitten us when learning about
cost rollups:

1.) Unapproved revisions. Run the report that shows unapproved revisions
because an unapproved revision is not rolled up.

2.) Costing lot size. If you have setup time, it gets amortized by the Lot
Costing Size in the Part | Plant record.

3.) The "Consider Pull As Assembly" option. This will roll costs up but will
make lower level labor and burden roll into material.

Hi, We have just performed a cost rollup and have noticed that on some
of our parts, only the top assembly has been rolled up and not the cost
of the sub assemblies. This is only on some of the parts. When we look
at the view costs screen, the part cost does not equal the unit cost.
All of our parts and boms are setup the same way.

I just cant seem to find why this is happening. Does anyone have any
ideas or had a similar problem?

Cheers,
