# Costing Workbench- Load Cost Details

Dear Experts,

When user clicked on the **Process** button in **Load Cost Details** under **Costing Workbench** system is throwing error “A smiliar process is running. No SysTaskParam record found for AgentCompare String for SysTask record 1205687.” for your reference screenshot is attached below
