Every cell on every row that is a logical True/False needs a 0 or a 1 in
the cell

I checked all logical values and only have 0s or 1s. However I still get the error message : Invalid Costumer Contact File. My file has the .csv extension so I don't see any problem in that aspect. AM i missing something?

I have used the import 8 or 10 times and that has been the only problem
that I have seen.

Usually because I have the columns out of order.

Make sure that your data format matches the csv documentation.

If you have a header row remove it.

Try importing only one contact until you get it working.

Hope this helps
