HI all, I like to ask how do i change the Dispatcher List base on user department? my thought is remove the dispatcher combobox and system will pick the dispatcher for requestor base on their preset department. Thanks.
If you go to Requisition Actions, you will see that Finance Dept has a list of Authorized Users. It’s not assigned by Department, I believe dispatchers are User Accounts that are enabled and probably assigned to that site. I only have 1 site, so everyone shows up here if their account is active.
HI Mac, yes I am aware the initial setting but it does not fit to my client’s need, i am actually added UD department column to userfile but how do i change the list so the Dispatcher will change according to requestor’s Department?
