Create Service Job Grayed out?

Hey all!
So we just had an update this weekend and we’re having some issues. One of which is that when our service coordinator tries to create service jobs from the overflow menu on service call center, the create service job option is grayed out. and this is true for everyone. I’m not sure how to solve this or if the process has changed in some way?

I don’t have the service module to experiment… but here is the data rule that is controllinng the read-only status. Can you see which condition(s) may be blocking you?

If I’m honest i don’t even know how to go about checking those. Like where do those live that I can see them? I tried pulling the FSCallhd table in a BAQ and it doesn’t even have a field called EnableJobEntry

FSCallhd may be a system table… but in this case it is referring to the name of a dataview on the form. EnableJobEntry may just be a misc. field that is populated within the application and not necessarily a database column.

Hey so apparently the system has changed. So now once you make the service call and save it, it automatically creates the job in job entry. you just need to go and release it. So the create service call job button is effectively not needed or functional anymore.
