Verrrry very new to Kinetic screens so probably missing the obvious, but is there not an option currently in the Kinetic Directives screen that allows you to create New? Or is this one we need to revert back to the classic screens for?

Hit the little search icon in the upper right. Then search for the BO method to apply the BPM to.
