# Creating a foreign key to bind a field in the Part table to Order Entry Line detail

New to E11 customizations… Need to add a field to the Order Entry Line tab which will bind to a field in the Part table. I will need to create a foreign key over to the part.mtlanalysiscode. I go into developer mode and open the Order Entry Line screen - customization, add my text field then open tools - data tools and try to create a new custom view with the Parent View set to OrderDtl, view type of Foreign Key but I cannot understand how to bring up a part field association to the field I need Any help would be appreciated. Tried to use the customization manual but it was rather short on answers. Thanks…
