Creating invoices in Pilot creates one invoice per line of an order instead of just one invoice

I created a test shipment in our Pilot database consisting of 23 lines which were all on the same order. Normally because all 23 lines were on the same order it would only create one invoice. Now it is creating 23 invoices. We had this during one of the last upgrades but it magically solved itself. Anyone else experiencing this with the current upgrade 2024.2.4?? I did put a ticket into Epicor to see if they could help me.

Check these settings on the Customer, under Billing.
