When we go to link a Global Part and create the part number in the child company, the part gets created but we cannot save the record until we clear the Gross Weight and Net Weight UOM LB field. Those UOMs are defaulting from the UOM Class Weight so we get the error :UOM Class ID Count does not contain LB as unit of measure
You can create a part that has these fields defaulted and save but not through Linked Global Parts. We would have to clear those fields out to save the new part. If we are bringing in hundreds of parts at once how would we handle this? BPM
Anyone else using Global Linked parts have this issue?
