Why would my crew size equal 0? This seems to be on random jobs and random operations/resource groups.
Crew Size is set up in the Method. The default comes from the Resource Group. If it’s zero there, that will be copied.
And copied to the job. If people are adding operations/resources to jobs on the fly, they may not be filling out the Crew Size there as well.
Just a couple of places to check.

We had that happen once when someone did a DMT to bill of operations and had 0 in it for crew size, messed up all the costing…

Thank you both! Looks like the discrepancy is stemming from the method level. Likely a DMT error as @JennL stated. I will run a query and find all of them
