We are just starting to get going with CRM and I am hoping there is a an easy solution to what looks like a potential problem.
We sell two different types of products. The sales process for each is different. I would like to create task sets that vary by product group. So if there is a quote for Mr. Potato Head (a highly-customizable product), the process is very complex. If there is a quote for a stuffed animal, the process is very simple.
Looking at CRM thus far, it appears that the task set is defined only by territory, which is geographic. Is there any way to define / assign task sets based on product group?
