When I add a quote entry call log attachment in classic it works great using the path name that I specify as seen below.
When I do the same thing in Kinetic it adds \REP\CRMCall\ to the path name after the main directory name. REP is the company name. It then gives an error as seen below.
I am thinking that Kinetic has some place where it adds \REP\CRMCall\ to the path name but I cannot find out where?
Does anyone know where I can get rid of the added path name \REP\CRMCall\ so I don’t get the error and can successfully add an attachment to the quote entry call log?
