Cross company linking broken in kinetic?

I did already enter it in ideas, however it does not work in 2022.2 which is the version we are on. As far as I am aware it has never worked in Kinetic period. If you would like to vote:

Yes Tim always says that but support is never ever on the same page and it is exhausting having to escalate every single issue. I was hoping to hear some message at insights about any kind of effort at all to improve the customer support experience but I didn’t hear one peep.

I know gurl, I’m there with ya fighting the good fight with Support. Which is why I said get your CAM involved they should have contacts to reach out too that may be able to help too.

So after emailing support management directly (outside the escalation process) they did finally submit the issue to development. The PRB is probably not visible to anyone else yet since its not accepted, but for the record its PRB0266742.
