I did already enter it in ideas, however it does not work in 2022.2 which is the version we are on. As far as I am aware it has never worked in Kinetic period. If you would like to vote:

Yes Tim always says that but support is never ever on the same page and it is exhausting having to escalate every single issue. I was hoping to hear some message at insights about any kind of effort at all to improve the customer support experience but I didn’t hear one peep.

I know gurl, I’m there with ya fighting the good fight with Support. Which is why I said get your CAM involved they should have contacts to reach out too that may be able to help too.
