Crystal 11 Blank Title 57569

So how do I even know where to begin? What would the bin number have to be linked to, let alone the GL Account Numbers? I guess I am totally lost.... which definitely would not be the first time :)

I have working on revising the POForm in Crystal. I am trying to add the
Bin Number and GL Account. Everytime I try to add either of them ... the
quantities double of the report ends of with 19 pages versus 1 page. Any
help would be appreciated.
