Crystal and Windows 7

Crystal 2008 works fine w/ Windows 7, and the Vantage Crystal runtime
has no problem with the .rpt files it generates.

We were having issues with Crystal XI as well. We were able to upgrade
it to service pack 6 which supports Windows 7. To get it to service
pack 6 you either have to download all service packs from 2-6 or
uninstall and re-install with the the service pack 4 full installer SAP
provides, go to 5 and then 6. When re-installing with the sp4 installer
you will need the original crystal key. You can get the service packs
from:

Crystal runtimes on our server we have one of the most recent ones (just
updated 2-3 weeks ago) but we're unsure if that is the version on the
workstations? Sorry for the issues with information we've been having
issues with IT personnel.

drills down correctly when I run the report. In the office some of the
workstations have Windows 7 and this report doesn't display properly for
them. All the groups are by day. On a workstation in the office running
XP it works fine. We're running 9.05.601B. Our Crystal is 11.5.3.417.
Is it likely an issue with Windows 7 or something else? Any fixes for
this? Thank you in advance for your help.

I've done some checking and our .NET version is 4.0.30319. As for Crystal runtimes on our server we have one of the most recent ones (just updated 2-3 weeks ago) but we're unsure if that is the version on the workstations? Sorry for the issues with information we've been having issues with IT personnel.
