Crystal Form Printing problems

Are you clearing out your clients vantage working directory.
I have added to the autoexec.bat of all of my clients running WIN98 the
following.
deltree /Y C:\vntgwork
deltree /y C:\windows\temp
mkdir c:\vntgwork
mkdir C:\windows\temp

Hope this helps.

Sometimes I get wacky things like that. It will work fine on my machine but
not the user's. I've found that if I open the form in Crystal, change
something, undo it, then save it (with effectively no changes) it will start
to work again. I also keep a folder in the vantage\dll folder with Crystal
DLL's that mysteriously disappear from the DLL folder from time to time.
ok,
eric

Subject: [Vantage] Crystal Form Printing problems

Out of the blue yesterday our crystal forms started printing strangely. The
header info all appears blank and some of the fields are also blank. This
problem seems to only be happening at our remote site who is connecting
through terminal server. If I print the form from my PC, it is fine, but
if they print it, it is not. However, if I log in through terminal server
with their user id and password and print it here, it works fine. I know
this sounds crazy, but I am hoping someone else has seen this before and can
offer some feedback, because I am lost!!!

Thanks!!

Sarah

Have you tried rebooting the Terminal server?
We occassionally have to reboot our Term Server
(about every 4-12 weeks), because of misc problems.

I'm going to try rebooting right now...Thanks.
I ended up uninstalling Vantage from the Terminal Server, rebooting.
Reinstalling Vantage and rebutting again and the problem is fixed.

Thanks for all the feedback, I appreciate it!!
