Crystal Linking Crash

It's for sure in a strange place!

ftp://ftpmpls.epicor.com/vantage/Christina/

SP 0-4 are there, and you have to download 5 from SAP. SP 3 fixed my linking issue. I didn't yet install 5.

Every time I try to link tables in a crystal report as soon as I click ok crystal closes and crashes? Anyone else experience this ever?
Yep. What I do is rebuild the links completely. Delete them all and then
re-link. And don't do it while any data is previewed or saved in the
report.

Crystal designer is unhappy with a dual monitor setup, but worked OK if
you kept the window on your primary monitor only. I've sworn at that
exact symptom every time I forgot.

Are you running the current SP for crystal? It can be a little buggy even
at its best, but after SP4 it got a LOT more stable. If you're still using
one of the older SPs or just the version Epicor sent you, update it and see
if that doesn't help.*

Speaking of that, SAP has dropped all the incremental patches for XI R2.
You now must uninstall XIR2 and download the 1.3GB full build XIR2A from
their site. I just had to do this last week on one of my dev PCs because
the calendar control wasn't working.

I did their steps perfectly and I still cannot get it properly installed.

I'll install developer on my laptop and see how that goes. I am running SP4 on the server I got Epicor to help me get that running, I did have a lot of issues trying to patch up.
