# Crystal on the web prompts for password

With  3.6 / 4.0, this seems to be normal if you set it up per Epicor&#39;s <br/>
instructions.  Give it a blank for both.  You can go into the ODBC admin <br/>
for the connection and uncheck &quot;Security Required&quot; and it won&#39;t prompt any <br/>
more.<br/>
