Crystal Report Calculation Field Format

Both of these formula suggestions worked - thanks!
I am attempting to add barcoding to the PO Form (V8). The field I need
to barcode is the PO #. For example, with PO 402, I need to make
the "402" say *402* and then format with the DataWorks Bar 39 font.

The problem is that when I use one field in a calulation and try to add
*____* to it, It returns a value of *402.00* and I don't see anyway to
format or get rid of the .00

Any suggestions?

Thanks, John
Hi John,

Try the following in your formula

"*" + CStr({POHeader.PONum},"#") + "*"

I would use the formula:

"*"+ totext({POHeader.PONum},0,"")+"*"
