Crystal Report Date formula

You can do a "Previous" function to look at the previous recordset value. If
it is the same then don't display it.

I think there is also a checkbox to suppress duplicates in the object itself

I am trying to add a overall date for the PO crystal report. Currently is showing the dates for each lines. However since most of this dates are the same I just want the PO to display the first line date. Any ideas which formula i could use to calculate the very first line date only for my PO?

Lissette,

Follow these steps:

* If you right click on the POREL.DUEDATE and click Format
Field.

* Then select the Common tab.

* Check the box that says: Suppress

* Then select the formula box and put in this formula:
{PORel.POLine}>1

* This should work.
