Crystal Report Distribution 8.5 export error

We have been successfully using the distribution expert as in add in for
8.5. Right now, I have one client which can run distributed reports,
but cannot export them. Every time I go to export I get a "dll not
found, or corrupt" error. I have tried dump & reload of the distributed
client and with Vantage too (thinking it maybe an ODBC problem). Does
anybody know what dll is causing this error or, better yet, how to get
by this? The client & export work fine on other computers. Of coarse,
this is probably the most important client to be able to run it on.
