Crystal report Filtering Help please

yes i am creating a Bill of material, so the best way is to create
sub report ok will try that

Ms. Kirsty: I'm assuming you are looking for a job BOM and NOT a
MOM. If that's so, then I would recommend using subreports to list
the operations and materials.

Your main report would be based on the JobHead table (where you can
get the project number) and then you would link the subreports to the
main report via the JobNum.

This can be done easily as an ODBC, however as a BAQReport it will be
a little more difficult.
