Crystal report not showing Data

Check your xml output file, is the data in the file.

Crystal form joins = Left Outers, drag join lines from Parent to Child.

If it’s an inner join the data won’t appear.

That is the problem they never disappear.  They just never populate.  I will go back again.

We are on version Epicor 9.05.702A

 

Accounting wanted to see some data printed on the Invoices from the Sales Order Head and Detail.  I went in the Report Data Definition and made a duplicate of ARForm.  The Order tables were already listed so I added the fields required.  I did notice that there were no Report Relationship and Criteria set u p.  So I set some up.  I was able to successfully update the report in Crystal to show the new tables and fields.  But when I add the fields to the report no data is showing.  I am suspecting a join issue.  I did have to change a few joins to make these field work without loose all other data.  Any help would be great.

It's definitely a join issue. Go back to Step 1 and re do your changes in baby-steps and see at what point these fields disappear.
