Crystal Report Problem - Help!

Todd & Wayne,

The mass printing worked before the last time I edited the form and we
are on .904.

My edited report did not have the check mark in the "new page before"
box and the original did. That is what I must have touched. We have
tried a mass print and it seems to be working correctly now as it had in
the past. Thanks for saving me a lot of work. I had of course changed
many things on the new form and didn't document. I was looking at a
mess reverse engineering the form.

Mine has "new page before" checked in the formatting section for the
group
header on POnum. Yours sounds like it's not forcing a new page when the
po
number changes.

Can anyone help me? I edited a copy of the Purchase Order that came
with Vantage. All I remember doing was adding our logo and rearranging
fields within the group levels. What did I touch to make the following
happen when we do a mass print? It looks like the first line of the next
PO shows up on the previous PO.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.

Do you normally do mass prints? I had a similar (but not exact) problem
last week and tech support advised of a probable issue in release 4.00.812
and advised me to get to .904 and try it again. They even emailed to me the
"standard" un-modified PO .rpt file and it still had the problem (release
groups printing header but no info for each line after the first line). We
do not do mass printing so I am not sure if it would have behaved as you
have described. Check your Vantage version/release and possibly check with
tech support. It may not be something you did.
