I believe the invcdtl.reference field comes from the OrderRel.reference
field. This field can be displayed on both the sales order form and the
invoice form. As for the orderdtl.reference field, I do not believe it is
carried over to the invoice table - I think to add it to the invoice form
you'd have to use odbc. (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Easist thing for
you might be to use the sales order release reference field instead of the
order detail reference field for the info your trying to pass.

Can anyone tell me how to get the sales order line "reference" to
show up on the invoice? The field is there but for some reason it
does not print on the invoice. It shows up on the sales order
acknowledgement and I added the field to the packing slip (and it
worked) but for some reason it does not show up on the invoice. The
only difference I can see is that the field on the sales order
acknowledgement and the packing slip says "orddtl" where the field on
the invoice says "invcdtl" but I can't figure out how to change it.
I even tried copying the field from the sales order acknowledgement
but it would not let me do that either. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
