    The file you downloaded was the client install for workstations. This<br/>
file is used in all of our custom reports as well as the multi form utility.<br/>
The actual utility is installed on the server and is not available for<br/>
download from our web server. The setup package for the server install<br/>
contains all of the installation instructions.<br/>
    If you have any other questions please contact me directly.<br/>
