Crystal report version?

We have only been running mfgsys.exe 32-bit on clients because we had to so we can print. CR2008 viewer only supported 32-bit. With 701 we can go to CR2010. Has anyone tested 64-bit mfgsys.exe with CR2010 yet?

We finally are finishing up with the install for 9.05. Just realized, we did not think about the crystsal report version. What version is required? We will be running Progress.

Subject: [Vantage] Timesheet entry

Hello,

I'm new to the group and have already learnt a lot - thanks for the tips!

We are not yet using MES and are entering employee time from daily paper timesheets through time and expense entry.

This is taking a long time and it would be much easier if we could cut and paste all the entries from a spreadsheet, however there doesn't seem to be a way to do this across multiple employees either in time and expense entry or using DMT.

Does anyone have a way around this?

Thanks in advance for your help. Our thoughts go out to all US members still cleaning up from Hurricane Sandy.

Just an FYI that 64 bit 32 bit install version is based on the version of
the mfgsys.exe you are running not the operating system.

And Crystal Developer 2008 is supposed to be compatible with the Crystal 2010 Run Time of 9.05.701. Haven't tried it yet.

Can anyone else confirm this? Who's running 64-bit mfgsys.exe binaries?

For .700C and prior, we used Crystal Reports 2008 Runtimes. As of .701, Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010 Runtimes are being used.
