In your example I would expect to see
From: Minimum ({jobhead.Drafter})
To: Minimum ({jobhead.JHDRAFTER})

Field names are very specific and want to see all the right letters
in the right sequence and all the right punctuation marks. When i
edit a formula in Crystal I often paste the field name from the fiel
list over the old field name.

some help (who authorized that vacation anyway??)

In 5.1 the External name was Drafter. 5.2 renames it to JHDRAFTER.

I assume that I need to change the VBForm to JHDRAFTE (limited to character
length). In Crystal I would edit the formula to read from this:
Minimum ({jobhead.JHDRAFTER})

To :
Minimum ({jobhead.JHDRAFTE})

However, I get the following error:
"There is an error in your formula, do you want to save it anyway?"

Says also, "Field name is not known"

So...what am I doing incorrectly?
