Crystal Reports - Adding quote information for job report

We have a customized Job Report that also includes Order Information, and most recently we added Quote information, i.e., QuoteDtl.LeadTime.

I've linked the QuoteDtl.QuoteNum to the OrderDtl.QuoteNum, but there are certain jobs that do not display for example, and this rare but happens, Job 38191-4 will show up, but Job 38191-1,2,3 will not.

Any help would be great.
