Once you have the report open in crystal (8.5), you should be able to go
into File->Printer Setup and change page orientation to landscape.

Cheers

Dwight:

It was nice to hear that the Epicor Crystal class was good.

I am new to Crystal and need some help. I am trying to duplicate a wide
report that used to print on a pin feed printer (green bar) and I cannot
figure out how to expand a report so it 11 inches wide (landscape), I know
that I can print a report landscape but I need to expand the width in
Crystal.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

To anyone considering the Vantage sponsored Crystal Reports class:

I attended the two-day workshop in Irvine last week (1/18-19) and it was
terrific! It is taught by a person who worked for the Crystal Report
Development folks, and he has been doing this class for Epicor for some
time, so he understands the ins and outs of the Vantage database as well.
He clarified a lot of my confusion about Crystal Reports, showed us lots of
great stuff, and the class material was much more extensive than just a
power point presentation.

Highly recommended. Check the Epicor web site for schedules.

Hello,

I am looking for feedback on the Epicor Crystal Reports (8.0) classroom
training? Specifically, is this a generic Crystal Reports class or
does it also address Vantage related issues such as where the data
resides in Vantage, how to add reports to Vantage, etc.?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Paul

It is a Vantage related class. Adding reports to Vantage is fairly easy
and that is a question that could be asked in the class and I'm sure
they would answer it. It is a fairly basic class, but very helpful if
you've never used Crystal before.

Carl,
You need to go into File and then Page Setup. There you can change
the report to landscape.
